Enjoyed our stay in the Coca Cola room and loved the activities at the theme park. Buffet restaurant was okay but a bit overpriced. Breakfast was included in the stay. Favorite part was the room.

The hotel was lovely, but the room could use some updating. The bar and seating areas had a nice atmosphere.

Stayed for a Christmas overnight break. Had a great time, but more suited for younger kids. The kids beds were limited in size for our boys aged 14 and 10.

The hotel was very overpriced for its run-down condition, dirty rooms, and poor breakfast. Booked for convenience to the park from London. The early access to the park and friendly staff were highlights.

First experience at the hotel in the Gangsta Granny room with amazing theming. Kids received free books. Room was very clean. Food was excellent and catered well for both kids and adults. Staff were attentive. Had a great time during the Santa Sleepover experience despite bad weather.

Avoid the bar, prices are like legal theft. Paid £12.50 for an Amaretto fizz, which was overpriced.

Fantastic experience in the treehouses for Halloween with the family. Enjoyed relaxing in the hot tub and ordering food in. Would book again.

The Arabian Nights room was a bit dated. Disappointed with Prosecco instead of champagne and Cadbury buttons for chocolate. Hotel breakfast was good but need to book it. Nighttime entertainment was top-notch. Expensive room for what it offered.

Had a lovely stay at Alton Towers Hotel. Only downside was that the Secret Garden restaurant could use some updating. However, the food and service were very good.

Terrible experience as some of our party got stuck on the monorail to the theme park for over 2 hours when it broke down!

Overall, the stay was average and very expensive. Disappointed with the quality of the rooms, as they were not cleaned properly. Cleaning standards need improvement. Catering is limited and average. Disappointed that room service was stopped.
